For those who are suffering from severe Clarksville pain, then it is a common though to do some gentle exercises. With proper exercise, he can lessen the painful sensation that he is feeling. After all, his tense and stiff muscles, joints, and ligaments can be stretched. The exercise should be done in a routine.

Breathing techniques should be of great help to him as well. If he can take advantage of these breathing techniques, then he can keep himself from getting easily tired when the bad feeling attacks his body. It will make it easier for the person to deal with his own body and his own sickness if he knows how to breathe properly.

Stay positive. Most of the times, the person feels more tired when he is anxious, depressed, and grumpy when the pains attack. If he can, he should distract himself from thinking of the awful feeling by shifting his attention to the activity that he loves the most. If he can enjoy his days by participating in his favorite hobby such as flower arrangement, photography, or sewing, then he can surely forget about his situation. This is beneficial for him.

Sharing his life story is recommended as well. The easiest way to ease the burden that he is carrying is to share it with others. He should find those people who has suffered the same thing as him and get them to listen to his story. They will surely understand where he is coming from.

He should not skip on sleeping, especially at night. If he can sleep on his normal sleeping routine, then there is a higher chance of him getting proper sleep at night even when the painful feeling is already at its peak. More than that, getting deprived of sleep is only an invitation for his chronic pains to attack his body.

It is also a good idea for him to socialize. Just because he is feeling unwell does that mean that he should shut himself in a hole. He should keep his contact with other people. He should remain in touch his family members, friends, and colleagues. They are the ones who will help him in feeling much better.

It is also good for him to learn about relaxation techniques. There are lots of variety to it and it is up to him to choose which one he will be using frequently. The relaxation technique is a good one to fight against the Clarksville pain.
